The Eight of Swords. The energy of today will be about taking small steps toward greatness. Every step we take will lead us to our destination. What I want to talk to you about today, is how we sometimes we can not see what lies ahead. We sometimes get tied down by what is around us. The Now. We can not move forward with intent. I see this card and think of a tightrope walker. They understand that there is an end. That the goal is to make it to the other side. They can clearly see what lies in front of them, but each step within the now can confuse and mislead them. They could lose balance and fall into the destruction. How can this relate to The Wheel of Fortune. Well I can say this much. We are always moving. Even in our sleep we move, tossing and turning, from one side to the next. What may seem like restriction can turn out to be a very slow pace. It may seem like we are standing still, but really we are inching our way forward. Never think that it is the end. Never think that you can not move. If you can breath, then you are moving.
