The Nature of Today's Energy: It is time to have a Garage Sale.

Let me try something new. I feel like writing. I do not want to feel like I have to do it everyday. Writing about this wonderful spiritual journey can not have a schedule or time frame. 

I want to talk about the cards that were pulled for today. So much information and also so much change. Do you think there will ever be a day or year where change is not happening? Sometimes I wonder if one day the cards will say "take a day off because nothing is really happening."

I highly doubt that that would ever happen. Without change there would be no growth. I require the small things in life to take place in order for the greater push and shove of energy to take place. 

So here I stand. 
Small and meek. 

I think the great singer Carly Simon can say it better than I can, in her song, "Let the River Run"

"We the Great and Small
    stand on a star
  and blaze a trail of desire
     through the darkening dawn."

This inspired me to write. To write about the challenges every person must face in life. 

The cards speak of this change. It is the Tower that is the hidden energy card. 
Creating. 
Destroying. 
Disruption. 
Destruction.

It has been a while since I have put my thoughts into the ever present internet. 
I am always craving a change. I first started out, on this journey, to find love. To find that perfect person who would be everything I have ever wanted. I knew that I had to work on myself in order to allow that awesome person to enter into my life. 
After much work I found my partner in crime. 

Now I find myself wondering what I will do with my life. 
What I will do with my spiritual gifts. 

Anywho. Let us get back to the cards for today. I have decided to make a career change. Again!? 
Oh Lord! I know. I find myself still searching. I feel that it is not time yet to move out on my own and start my own business. There is much to learn. 
Maybe it starts with writing again. Writing about what I love. Writing about what I know. 

I know this:

The Tower card speaks about the creation of our four walls. I build upward and in turn, with age, everything must fall to the ground. 
I think of a garage sale when I see the Tower card. Actually I think of an Estate Sale. A person is forced to sell off the things that have been accumulated over the years. It is time to give them up. Usually I associate Death with an Estate Sale. As some would say "you can't take it with you". 

Source forces us to pawn, sell, and give away the very things that we hold onto. The very things that hold us back. We are forced to break down, piece by piece, and give it away. Give it to those who require it. 

Destruction is not a bad thing. It is good. One simply receives it with a bad taste in the mouth....I wonder what Crow tastes like?

Good grief. I am all over the place today. I sure hope that you, as the reader, will understand the words that are being stated. 

Your first step may seem scary. It always is. But if you simply take it, then you will find, that you have done something other refuse to do......which is to move. 

The Nature of Today's Energy 8.21.13: Let Source Guide You on Your Path

Wednesday 8.21.13:

The card of the day is Authority = The Emperor. The hidden energy card is The Star. The card sits in the position of Dancing = self-expression and movement.

Are you keeping track of your goal?
The small twists and turns that keep you intertwined in the mischief of life. 

Which way are you headed?
Will you pick up the hitchhiker on the side of road?

It could be an angel. It could be a spirit guide. It could be the answer you have been searching for. 

When someone steps into your field of existence, they contain an answer to your question, that you have been asking for over a million years. 
The "Why".

The energy will be dominant. It will be Force. It will be male energy. 
The goal is set in the distance. Can you reach it?
Do you feel like you are in a dream sequence set in cartoon land, where you are running in place and the scene is moving behind you, while the goal is just within arms reach?

Yesterday, I was feeling this way. 

I am listening to Annie Lennox "Dark Road". When I moved to Washington for a short while, I use to listen to this song with my friend Nicole Catron, and we would feel a little better about the choice we made. The choice to be something spectacular. To be our whole perfect self. 

The song is about a person who explains her journey on the road of life. She is almost speaking to another person who wishes to love her. 
She speaks about the journey and how it may seem dark and at times she wishes to be whole again. 
The journey to her inner spirit is dark. Very twisted in nature and those who find it, may not find her at home, for she is out saving the world. 

To save this world. 

Sometimes our goal must be put away. Set high above on a shelf. To be looked at when moving through the spiritual plane with compassion. Sometimes you have to sacrifice one aspect of your life in order to aid another. Nothing is really lost. It only seems like a sacrifice. The goal will be fulfilled. It may take a year. It may take a century. It may even take a life time but you will reach it. 

The goal will be taken off the shelf and completed. What if the goal was not really the goal that you needed to complete? What if the goal was simply putting the goal on the shelf and moving forward?
This Mystic is moving a little to fast. That lesson is for another time and place. 

The energy is strong. Use it. Move forward with your dream. The dream to be you. Simple-old-everyday-you. The one who has always been present in the back of the room. The one who sits in silence at times, observing what is happening, in order to strike at the perfect time. 
Set a course on the map and allow Source to guide you on your journey. Prepare for the good in your life. Create joy. Create love. 
Express this through the simple tasks you perform. Make coffee for the whole group, not just for your self. Buy a stranger a piece of happiness. Give an extra hug to someone you love. Tell your partner that you love them. Tell it to them twice in a row.
The simple extra acts of compassion and kindness will push forward with force. They will reach their destination as well as you. With great intent you will be propelled in a direction of hope. In a direction towards the Star in front of you.

The Nature of Today's Energy 5.24.13: Throat Chakra

Friday 5.24.13:

After attending a Tarot Meetup yesterday, I am filled with joy. We all talked about Tarot and the meaning of the cards. I rarely get to speak to other Tarot readers about, well, Tarot!

Anyways, I am on cloud nine right now, and I am remembering who I am. I miss that song. We use to sing it in church at VCSL. It always use to make me cry. To chant "I am remembering who I am". 

The preacher, Bonnie Rose, would add in different words during the pauses (i.g. love, truth, peace, joy). 

I miss Ventura. I miss my loved ones. 

The card of the day is the Throat Chakra. The hidden energy card is the Star. 

There are times in our life when we must speak about our dream. The dream to be free, to be happy, to simply exist. We have to communicate to Source, exactly what we want in life, and move forward with the expectation that it will take place. 

We have to remember our goal. To live. To be. 
We must let go of that which has no purpose in our life. Move forward with great intent. What do you want to do?

Today is about speaking up. Being heard. Advising those around you of what you desire. Of what you are worthy of. 
This is not the blame game day. You do not need to point out other people's faults. You only need to point out yours. You do not need to congratulate others first. You have to start with your self. Congratulate the spirit you have within. State to your inner self, that they you are loved. That you are beautiful. 

Speak with kind words. Let them fall on your soul with gentle ease. Get rid of the harsh remarks. 
Get rid of the negativity. 

I am not stating that this project is easy. For, I am guilty of speaking harsh things into existence, but I learned to recognize when I am doing this. 

The project for the day, or rather your homework, is to speak a kind word to your self first, then follow it up with a kind word to another person. Speak of Truth. Speak of love. Your goal will thank you in the long run. 

The dream that you wish to manifest into existence requires your joy and happiness. The positive thoughts and emotions propel it in the right direction. So, when negativity is spoken, the dream begins to lose momentum. It lingers in the Universe, like a lifeless comet. A rock drifting in zero gravity. Do you want it to be like the comet that burns bright across our sky? 
To move with great speed and motion. 

Your words of encouragement and peace will supply it with the needed energy to break through obstacles. The obstacle placed there by the influence of others. It is time to dismiss the fog that surrounds you. Time to manipulate the energy around you. Manipulate it for good. Change it to positive. Even if you were to change one thought in your day to a positive, the rest will surely follow.

The Nature of Today's Energy 4.25.13: Movement

Thursday 4.25.13: 

One thing that I always have issues with, is when I pick a card of the day, and I receive the same card as before. I sometimes find difficulty in understanding what Source is advising me of. That is why I have developed the "#7 Spread". 

I was meditating one day and I was frustrated that I was having a hard time with understanding the card that I picked. I needed more information. I had the shadow card already figured out, but to pull from the position of the cards in a weeks reading, was leaving me with little or too much information. 

I had to find a meaning to the positions. 

My spirit guide started to speak to me and guided me on creating this wonderful spread for my weekly readings. 

Do not get me wrong, there are still times when I am confused, and need more information, but I soon start to pull from all the hidden meanings, that the cards take on for the week, and viola! Instant information. 

So, I am now going to speak about the movement that we all create, in this life. Also about the movement that we must take in the spirit world. Are they two different items? Not really. One could mistake them as different, but they really are the same in nature. 

We crave movement. We wish for it to take place. 

The card that was picked for the energy of today is the Eight of Wands. The hidden energy card is the Star. 

When I see the Eight of Wands, I think of a Tornado, that is non bias when causing destruction. It picks everything up and drops it in unexpected places. It can destroy that which holds us down and take us to new and uncharted territory (i.e. The Wizard of OZ). 

It rushes in at the perfect time and creates so much destruction, that we tend to only look at that which was broken and destroyed, but have you ever noticed what happens afterwards? 

It brings a community together, helps others call upon their neighbors, and also teaches us that life is precious. 

In the spiritual world a Tornado is ten times as strong and creates such an upheaval that our body feels as if we are on a roller coaster ride. When this happens in my life, I ask Source "What is in the Stars for me?"

I wish to have the destruction stop, so that I can have a moment of peace, to breathe. Spirit knows whats best for me. This movement is accelerated, in motion, and will serve me good, later in the week. Maybe on a Sunday, where we see the Universe's energy come full circle. 

As I write this entry, I am seeing a spell weaver, taking in energy, and casting out the intent of good...of love. 

A spell weaver understands what is required to create and manifest, that which is needed, and not desired. The spell weaver takes from the energy around them, tapping into the river of celestial greatness, and producing life.

Life to the dream. A spark of energy. 

It can take a lot of energy, or very little, and in turn the abundance is ten fold. 

In the end the movement that we see as a bother or a problem, is simply Source pushing us in the right direction. I know that my boat and compass are set for North, when I should be going South. The wind picks up and Source blows me to my true destination. I may state "Wait, I am not ready for South. What is in the South?" 

I may turn back in the other direction. What happens next?

Source sends the storm of the century. A Tornado. One that pushes me to the brink of Death, and after everything has passed, I end up heading South. I could have avoided all that Drama, if I would have only had Faith, and listened to Source's advice. 

What Tornado is in your life at this time, causing destruction, and taking you to a far off land?

Are you ready to let go of that which is holding you back?

There are times when I ask for the change to be created, but I am not willing to let things be taken from my environment, for I fear that I will be lost. That the items within my environment make me. Mold me. That I exist only because they are present. The Tornado is there to cause me to see that I exist without the items I hold in my fist. That I exist, period. I am that which I am...perfect at this very moment. Words are there to describe, Emotions are present to understand, and Energy is there to create existence. Our existence. Movement is that same energy. Just like a spell weaver understands, that energy is  neither good nor bad, it is the intent of the person that creates the negative and positive effects.
