The Nature of Today's Energy 9.2.13: Listen to the Cheerleaders Scream

Monday 9.2.13:

The card of the day is Ace of Cups. The hidden energy card is The Star. The card sits in the position of Dress Rehearsal = alternative course and choices. 

I am still listening to the song "Brave" by Sara Bareilles. It helps me write. 

It is so funny that there are certain songs I must play over and over again. It reflects my state of existence at the present moment. When I made a change in my life last year, I was playing Beth Hart "My California". I yearned for an adventure. To long for home again. To miss this wonderful place. 

I created change. It was spectacular. I am now strong. 

Did you know that you have your very own cheerleaders? They are standing on the side line. They shout and scream to inspire. To aid you on your journey. To help you when things seem bleak and dark. 

"You can do it! It is possible! There are no mistakes! You can not fail! There is only good!"

They scream with excitement. The goal is in sight. You can make that touch down. 

What if I told you that the cheerleaders of your life are spirits of those who have passed. Those who were once part of a past life. Spirits that are only here to help. 

I am receiving a message. Who ever is reading this must hear this wonderful statement. 

"You must pray with Faith. Speak about it as if it has already happened."

If you require a healing to take place. Know it. Speak about it. Advise your inner being, this vessel of clay and dirt, that you are whole. You are perfect. You are healthy. 

If you require a job. No! If you require substance and wonderful human contact with an energy known as abundance and prosperity. If you require the knowledge of existence, then look no further. Look within. Look in your back yard. Look to those who love you. 
You may not see it at first. It is as if your eyes are adjusting to the 3-D glasses. 
It is there. Love is there. Sometimes you must take a detour. Take a side step. Go out of your way to follow the paper that was blown out of your hands. You may think that you are wasting precious time but what if you were travelling down the wrong path and Source wants to lead you down a different one. 

In the end you will arrive at the exact spot you were meant to be at. The paper blowing out of your hand was not an accident. You were being guided by Source. 

The cheerleaders may not have been screaming loud enough. Or you were too focused on the game and the points that your team was not accumulating. There is always time for a Hail Mary play. There is always time for multiple touch downs. As long as you are breathing then there is always time.

The Nature of Today's Energy 8.30.13: What Does Your Spiritual Diet Look Like?

Friday 8.30.13:

The card of the day is The Devil. The hidden energy card is The Star. The card sits in the position of Fire Opal = sensuality and confidence.

When I see the Devil card, my mind begins to wander, and in turn I start to think of my gift of emotional eating.

When I first started out on my journey, to lose weight and be healthy, I started with a single step. The chains that sat around my wrist were placed there by my current state of thinking.

This is how a lot of things that hold us back are created. You tie the rope around your waist that is attached to the boulder. Sometimes that boulder can turn into a mountain.

You think, "when will I ever break free?"

I would always state, "Today I will surely eat right, exercise, and lose this weight."
I was tired of the current shape of my vessel.
I could see the true Aaron inside of all the excess skin and fat.

I needed to be true to my current self. I had to stop lying. I had to stop the action of "eating my feelings away".

I associate the Devil card to weight loss because sometimes the only thing standing in our way of losing weight is the inner dialogue within our head.

I had to break free. I had to make a choice. To be happy or unhappy. Of course I want to be happy. I had to recognize that I was in control and that no one can stop me but me.

I had to get up and work out five days a week, even when I did not feel like it. I had to have self control when eating and also work through my own crap. Food was not the answer.
Of course there are times when I feel like grabbing a dozen donuts and eating them all. Of course I want to eat carbohydrates and be like all them skinny bitches who can eat what they want and not gain a pound.
I simply have to look at food and I gain a pound. Blah!

The Devil card can creep in and advise me, "You know what will make you feel better? If you went out and ate pizza."
Now eating pizza will not kill me nor will it take me back to the weight I once was. What will make me gain weight is the lack of self control. Once I get the taste of carbohydrates (I mean bad carbs like white bread and sweets) in my belly, then I go hog wild and I eat all the sweets I want. My thought at the time is "I eat right, so I deserve it".
Oh little Devil card.

This is the only way that I can relate the Devil card to everyday circumstances. Eating is the only temptation I have in this life.
The cards are advising us to keep our eye on the goal. I was once told by a good friend, named Dana Handbury, that when you fall off of your diet and begin to eat everything in site, you just simply advise yourself that they are all vegetables, and keep on moving.

I do wake up the next morning feeling guilty and also I have a major food hang-over. Do you know what that feels like?
It is not fun. Sometimes I simply want to give up the constant battle with weight and eat everything in site. Then again what would that get me?
More weight.

When things are not working out in your favor, do not turn to the negative side of things. Turn to the positive. Have compassion for that which you do. If you fall of your wagon (and falling off of your wagon can be anything, such as over shopping, eating, drinking, sex, etc.) and find yourself spiraling downward, understand that you create the momentum of movement. You can always change the direction. You can always break free from your self created glass box. The change can be small. It can be simple. You may fall off your spiritual bike many times but the greatest gift you could give your self is getting back on it.

Tomorrow is a new day. Have the confidence that you are in control. The Devil card is not bad. It teaches us about the obstacle that is in front of us. The obstacle that you have created. So look at your weakness as vegetables and keep on moving.

The Nature of Today's Energy 8.21.13: Let Source Guide You on Your Path

Wednesday 8.21.13:

The card of the day is Authority = The Emperor. The hidden energy card is The Star. The card sits in the position of Dancing = self-expression and movement.

Are you keeping track of your goal?
The small twists and turns that keep you intertwined in the mischief of life. 

Which way are you headed?
Will you pick up the hitchhiker on the side of road?

It could be an angel. It could be a spirit guide. It could be the answer you have been searching for. 

When someone steps into your field of existence, they contain an answer to your question, that you have been asking for over a million years. 
The "Why".

The energy will be dominant. It will be Force. It will be male energy. 
The goal is set in the distance. Can you reach it?
Do you feel like you are in a dream sequence set in cartoon land, where you are running in place and the scene is moving behind you, while the goal is just within arms reach?

Yesterday, I was feeling this way. 

I am listening to Annie Lennox "Dark Road". When I moved to Washington for a short while, I use to listen to this song with my friend Nicole Catron, and we would feel a little better about the choice we made. The choice to be something spectacular. To be our whole perfect self. 

The song is about a person who explains her journey on the road of life. She is almost speaking to another person who wishes to love her. 
She speaks about the journey and how it may seem dark and at times she wishes to be whole again. 
The journey to her inner spirit is dark. Very twisted in nature and those who find it, may not find her at home, for she is out saving the world. 

To save this world. 

Sometimes our goal must be put away. Set high above on a shelf. To be looked at when moving through the spiritual plane with compassion. Sometimes you have to sacrifice one aspect of your life in order to aid another. Nothing is really lost. It only seems like a sacrifice. The goal will be fulfilled. It may take a year. It may take a century. It may even take a life time but you will reach it. 

The goal will be taken off the shelf and completed. What if the goal was not really the goal that you needed to complete? What if the goal was simply putting the goal on the shelf and moving forward?
This Mystic is moving a little to fast. That lesson is for another time and place. 

The energy is strong. Use it. Move forward with your dream. The dream to be you. Simple-old-everyday-you. The one who has always been present in the back of the room. The one who sits in silence at times, observing what is happening, in order to strike at the perfect time. 
Set a course on the map and allow Source to guide you on your journey. Prepare for the good in your life. Create joy. Create love. 
Express this through the simple tasks you perform. Make coffee for the whole group, not just for your self. Buy a stranger a piece of happiness. Give an extra hug to someone you love. Tell your partner that you love them. Tell it to them twice in a row.
The simple extra acts of compassion and kindness will push forward with force. They will reach their destination as well as you. With great intent you will be propelled in a direction of hope. In a direction towards the Star in front of you.

The Nature of Today's Energy 8.12.13: Let's Make a Deal

Monday 8.12.13:

The card of the day is Four of Cups. The hidden energy card is The Star. The card sits in the position of Travel = journey, path, and location. 

Are you feeling lost on your path?
I know that I can feel a little confused and misguided. The path can sometimes change mid step. It can become a dead end zone or twist down a path of destruction. It can look scary. 

What do you do?

When the path is unclear. When things just look muddled and clouded. You must step forward. 
Push on. Move in a circular motion like the moon and stars. 

Today speaks about the illusion of that which sits before us. The path may have changed but are you willing to move with that change?
Are you willing to cross the river that is before you?
It is not deep. 
Even if it was, you would still survive. Believe me, the spirit can breathe under water. 

The energy is taking on many answers. So many to choose from. Which path should you choose?

So many questions. 
Be silent. 
Be still. 
Listen. 

The spirits are always speaking. They talk to you through feelings. They speak to you through signs. 
If you were to wait a moment, lose the fear, and listen; then surely you will receive an answer. 

Can you hear them?
Move to the left. Look to the right. 
Take Shelter!
A storm is brewing!

No matter. The answer can sometimes be simple. Just like the much needed items from last week, it can be small in size. There will be a moment of choice. This week will be like the game show "Let's make a deal". 
"Are you going to take the money in my hand or pick what's behind door number 3?"

It was based off of pure chance. The answer was sitting in front of you, within the hand of the show host, but you could choose what was behind the door and take a chance. It could be a new car or a mule. 
I always play it safe. I would have taken the cash. 
Funny how I would play it safe, when I always take what is behind door number 3, with my spiritual journey. I usually give up the security of physical items and go for the gamble of what is behind the door. It is always good. No "Wah, Wah" allowed. Everything is beneficial with spiritual lessons.

The Nature of Today's Energy 8.3.13: A Time of Healing

Saturday 8.3.13:

The card of the day is Patience = Temperance. The hidden energy card is The Star. The card sits in the position of Autumn = abundance, preparation, and harvest. 

There are moments that we must change the direction that we are walking. We must move this way and that way. 

We must adjust our goal. 

The Temperance card is revealing the gift of love and healing. 
Healing can be a painful process. Sometimes we are not looking to be healed. We love to relish in the sympathy that is given to us by others. 

Today will contain an abundance of healing. 
Source is supplying us with so much positive energy that there is only one state of perfection to exist within. 

It may not be what was expected. It may not look like what was wanted. You will surely get what is needed. 
Go from there. 
The cards are reminding us that we need to start with what is known. I am healed. I am whole. 
The rest will be taken care of. 
The path will be revealed. 

I can only advise you about the task at hand. Keep your goal in mind. 
Understand that even a detour can lead you to greatness. Eventually the vehicle will lead you home.

The Nature of Today's Energy 7.31.13: Sometimes You Have to Give A Lot to Get A Little.

Wednesday 7.31.13:

The card of the day is Sacrifice = The Hanged Man. The hidden energy card is the Star. The card sits in the position of Amethyst = psychic ability and behavior patterns. 

Let us change our thought process. Let us think of a positive nature. I am not stating that there is no room for negative thoughts. We must be in balance. There will always be a negative thought that enters into our mind. There will always be a person who speaks of negative things. It is part of life. 
The real lesson is to accept that person with open arms. Accept the information that is being given, and in turn, allow it to drift past you. You must stay focused. If you want change to happen within your own environment, then you must be willing to flow with the energy, and move past a lot of the hog wash and nay speakers. 

You must accept their initial thought and opinion and understand that it is simply their way of thinking. There may be truth in their words. There may be lies. The choice is yours. Are you willing to stop your very existence because they say you should. Are you willing to snuff out your light because they state that you are wrong. No. 
They are still living. They are still breathing. It is your right to do the same. 

You must stick to your spiritual beliefs. You must trust in Source. 
That is the real trick. Trust in the very essence that is love and truth. Source is always around us. Source is always within us. Those that feel this is not truth can keep on living. Keep on moving. Or not. 

Remember what your goal is. Remember who you are. Think about what you are working towards. Change your mind and change your life. 

I think that things happen for a reason and that reason is always good. Chaos is required within our life to bring about the change that is needed. It can be scary. It can seem like a monster, but we require this change to reveal the good. It is always present. The road may not look like what you had planned it to be. It may not even be as smooth. Heck, you may have to create the path. One thing is for sure. You will come out victorious. We always do. We are still alive and breathing. Our existence is the gift. We are not dead. We have not given up. Like I have mentioned before; sometimes you have to give a lot in order to get a little. 
That tiny something will pack a powerful punch. Remember that you decided to try. To give it a shot. To create a path, when there was no path to begin with.

The Nature of Today's Energy 7.22.13: The Answer is in the River

Monday 7.22.13:

The week begins with a new day. We find life moving forward, and no matter how hard we try to stop it, the motion of the Universe carries us to a new destination. 

The card of the day is Hope. The hidden energy card is The Star. The card sits in the position of Problem Solving = resolution. 

Today will contain an answer. Hell! Today will contain two answers. 

Has the stress of life got you feeling down?

Ha! This sounds like a commercial. 

A commercial for spiritual information. 

Do you feel like your spirit is bogged down by all the hate and envy of others? Do you have a problem that you wish to solve?

Well do not worry! Here it is! The answer to all your little problems!
I call it "Spiritual Bowl Cleaner"!

Just one application of this wonderful liquid and all your negative thoughts will be washed away. Flushed down the drain!

If only it was so easy. But it is. 
Do you know that when you think with a positive thought, and apply it to your goal, it will propel you straight to your destination.  When you think of only good and apply it to your goal, then it will propel you straight to your destination. 
Love will propel you to your destination. 

There is only good within your life! There is only good within this moment. Align your spirit with your Divine Plan. Seek Love. Seek Peace. 

As I look at the cards in front of me, I find that it represents two goals. Two pieces of the puzzle. Two Choices. A great decision. You can not go wrong with either one. 

Step into the River and accept the flow of the Universe. It may look rocky and rough but when you reach the end, and you will reach the end, you will not have a scratch on you. Believe me.

Yellow = flexibility, adaptability, and personal power.

I start my journey home. The car is packed and I am driving from one phase of my life to the next. I am carrying a lot o stuff and my spirit guide keeps advising me to get rid of things. To really think about what is needed. 

The first step must be taken into the flowing water. You have reached a moment of rest from the rapids and can flow gently down the stream for a moment. To catch your breath. 

I can see the rapids ahead of me. I can feel the pull of the current. It is time for another adventure of white water spiritual rafting. Did you know that I am an expert navigator, when it comes to white water spiritual rafting? 

I can feel a waterfall coming up. To the left. To the right. Hold tight. Let it flow. Move forward with the motion. Hold your breath. 

It is time to master your white water spiritual rafting skill. To move with grace and ease down the river of your life. To move from gentle water, to the fast moving pace of the rapids ahead. I can feel it. It is time to take the path less traveled. To be a great navigator on the spiritual plane, dipping in and out of the physical plane, with great force and skill.

The Nature of Today's Energy 7.4.13: It is Time to Step into the Good of Life

Thursday 7.4.13: 

As I have been away from my family, I started to really stress about their mortality, and how far away I am from them. What would happen if a certain accident took place and I was not able to get home. Do you sometimes think this way?

The worst is sure to take place if you pay attention to it.

I always have to kick my Ego in the butt, when it visits my mind, with these sort of thoughts.

The card of the day is the Four of Cups. The hidden energy card is the Star. The card sits in the position of Silver = Goddess and insight. 

There are times within a Mystic's life that so much is being offered, they can not see the true answer in front of them. 
It may look gray in color. It may look like a small present. The cup may seem small. Too small to hold anything of great size and proportion, but it is just enough. 

We must keep our eye on the dream that we have set before us. The dream to be wonderful. That is all that really matters. The dream to shine. The dream to exist. 

There are times that we forget this goal, while we walk on our path of greatness. We take wrong turns, detours, and get stuck in the mud. 
Do you feel stuck in the mud?

What if the answer to all your worries and fear, was simply to exist, and move with the heartbeat of the Universe? 

What do you think the heartbeat of the Universe sounds like?

Does it sound like a normal human heartbeat?
Does it sound like the crashing of waves against the shore?
Does it sound like the song of a bird?

Maybe it is simply silence. Peace and quiet. 

No matter what, it is filled with love. 
In turn your answer is also filled with love. 

The question can be asked in different ways and phrases but you must understand that the answer can only come from love. 
What is your next step?
You must move forward with great love and intent. 

Do not lose sight of what you wish to be. Of who you wish to become. 

When I was working at my last job, I would come home stressed, and in turn would state to my loved one "I am not happy!"
Do you think Source was telling me to sit and wait? To see what good things could transpire?
Nope. 
Source was telling me to get up and do something. To find that spiritual balance. I stayed with the intent to learn from my experience. I found a dream within the stress and worry. I learned that I really wanted to take my skill as a Tarot reader to the next level. I wanted to learn a new technique of healing. I wanted to learn how to work with crystals. 

I moved forward and Source has brought many great people into my life, here in Austin. I decided to leave my job and move forward. I tried. I experienced. I am now wiser. I know that things will work out in my favor, for they always do. I know that the job can not make nor break me. It is simply a job. I also had to understand that everything in my life is guiding me on my spiritual path. What may seem like an opportunity to make money and be successful, turns out to be another spiritual lesson. The Mystic is always learning. 

I decided to go with the flow of energy, and against the flow of illusion, in order to create happiness. I am now happy. I am a little worried but I have to keep my eye on my dream. 
I exist with or without the items in my life. I exist with or without money. I exist with or without the financial stability of a common job. There are so many opportunities out there and about half of the people on this earth are taking advantage of the good within their life. 

I think it is time to step into my good. Are you ready to step into yours?

The Nature of Today's Energy 6.23.13: Have Compassion Towards the Endless Chatter in Your Head.

Sunday 6.23.13:

Another week has gone by and the energy was about victory. 
What did you win?

I recently put five dollars into a vending-machine, to pay for a $.75 bag of peanuts, and received everything in quarters. I yelled out "I won!"

No one was around to hear me, but just the fact that it felt like a casino slot, made me smile and think about what I really had won. Sometimes the victory of one battle is simply a degree of winning, by evening out. The same amount of deaths on either side and same amount of Van-damage. 

We put so much energy and time into something, that when it produces a "pay out", we think that we are ahead. This is not always the case. 

There are times when you have to come to an agreement in order to move forward with your life, due to the opposing side having the same amount of force and power, causing a stand still. 

An agreement must be made in order to reach your goal. The answer can sometimes be the act of agreeing to disagree, and walking away. 

What are you walking away from? 

How much time and money you have put into the battle? 

I use to think that if I put enough energy and compassion into a relationship, then surely they will see just how spectacular I am, and want to never leave my side. Silly Mystic, unobtainable men are for kids. 

I use to over analyze every move that I made. I use to over think every reaction the other person would give me. 

He did not respond to my text. That means he is getting tired me. That means that he does not want to talk to me. What do I do?

Oh the endless chatter in my mind. I have to calm my crazy ass down and state "All is as it should be". I came to the understanding that I am worthy of great things. If that person is not part of it, then so be it. I had to let go. Have compassion for the pitfalls and booby-traps I was placing on my own path, back tracking to the start, stepping into one, and screaming "How could this happen?"

I want to share a shadow side of me. I use to go after men who were unobtainable because I knew that it would never work out. The Mystic thought he was safe if the end result was pain and heartache. How quickly the men in my life would latch onto my compassion. They understood that I would sacrifice every ounce of light I had within me, to make sure they were okay. 
I was creating my own down fall. 
I came to realize this pattern within my life and had to really let it go. To state "I am worthy of a healthy relationship, with a man who will treat me just as wonderful, as I treat him."

I had to speak of clarity. I knew that I was this spectacular person who had so much to give. That wonderful man had to be a vessel that would be able to transmute the energy, I had to give, and in turn reflect it right back into my heart Chakra. He needed to be my compliment. 

The real key is to stop the endless chatter in your head. Focus. 

Focus on the moment you live within. The flower will grow much faster than the worry weed that you have been watering. Believe me, it is so wonderful to find that wonderful person who thinks the world of you. It is not rare. You have to start with the acceptance of who you really are and loving the very vessel that you sit within.

The Nature of Today's Energy 6.19.13: Great Expectation

Wednesday 6.19.13:

A new day brings new beginnings. The card of the day is the Star. The hidden energy card is the Fool. The card sits in the position of Winter = reflection, transition, release. 

Yesterday was a challenge. It took all the strength in me to not get up from my desk and walk out. I was fed up with everything around me and really missed my friends and family. I was a mess. With the destruction of Chaos comes clarity. The storm has passed and I am picking up the pieces. It is hard to be calm within the eye of the storm. To let the items swish around and hit you but it is all part of the process. 

I am awake on this day and with a fresh outlook on life. I move through this day with clarity and find that there is always an answer.

I found that I really needed to take charge and speak up. I had to let go of the chains that I have placed on my life. The chains that keep me tied to the ground. I realized that I was allowing others to take control of the reins and drive me right off the cliff of negativity. 

All I wanted to do was press the restart button but there was something more happening on the outside. Change was happening and I was resisting it. I understood that by going to bed last night, I would wake up with a changed outlook on life. I just had to make it through the day. I shut myself off. I pressed the pause button on the movie of my life and waited. 

Waited for everything else to settle down, so that I could press play again. 

Hope is in the air. Hope of a good day. The goal is there in front of me, all I have to do is keep on moving. 

A new path has opened up. Hmmmm? That was not there yesterday. 

Sometimes we are distracted by the very reality we have created. We must look past it. Look past the obstacle and see the answer. 

Sometimes you have to be short and sweet with an entry. Some people only want to get down to the nitty gritty of things. Long winded people are rarely heard because humans sometimes want the cleft notes to life. 

Oh, if it was that easy. 

The challenge for today is to view your new path, new project, or new beginning and see one good thing about it. 

Look at it and state "I see this wonderful path which contains *blank* and it is good". 

Change your thought and change the circumstance. 

Sometimes the answers can be found hidden in the memories of yesterday. Hidden in the absence of something. Hidden in actions that were taken to get you to here. At this very moment in time. This moment of greatness.

The Nature of Today's Energy 6.14.13: I am not afraid of You!

Friday 6.14.13:

People seem to think that a Mystic will not speak up. That a Mystic will simply accept what is being given. They are very wrong. 

A Mystic is here to understand what happens when we do this and create that. How it effects our environment. What it does to the spirit. The Mystic is not here to take on other people's crap. We are not here to make you do anything. You have a choice. The information is there. The Mystic can point you in the direction that has been traveled and explain what the outcome could be. You have two choices. One is of light and the other is of dark. 

I love to see a person push the Mystic to the limit. To see what the reaction will be. They think that if a person is positive then they will do what ever is said, because a negative response is not within the Mystic's vocabulary. Bullshit!

The Mystic will speak up. If truth needs to be stated, then the Mystic is the person for the job. Truth can seem harsh. It can create a Monsoon and Tornado. It will break down walls. It is power. A Mystic can be positive. A Mystic also understands boundaries. Healthy boundaries. I will not and I will. Power statements. Power thoughts. 
I am not afraid of you! 

The Mystic states to those around them "Bring it on, for you are the only one who will waste precious energy on not needed things." 

God, I sound so angry....

Change the thought, change the environment. 

The card of the day is the Nine of Wands. The hidden energy card is the Star. The card sits in the position of Red = passion, survival. 

Let me downshift to a lower gear.....

Let us start in neutral. Place the clutch in the center and get a feel for shifting. 

There is a person who drove a manual car in first gear from one city to the next. They messed up the clutch. Hell, they messed up the damn car!

Sometimes we are unaware of our surroundings. Sometimes we drive from one destination to the next in first gear. We need to shift to second with ease. 

If you find that you are stuck, then shift gears. Downshift to a lower gear to get up the hill or shift to a higher gear to make the ride a lot smoother. 

Guess I am stuck on cars today. 

I am dealing with the power to speak up in a positive manner. Some may see it as complaining, but I see it as control. I am in control of my life. I am in control of my path. I walk within the light. 

I feel like this is not a good day to write, for all of my negative emotions are coming out. I am planting weeds in my garden. 

Maybe I have to start at the beginning. Neutral. Maybe I have to start with the simple task of turning off the car and sitting for a moment. Rest. Meditation. Calm. 
Let this be my starting point. Watch out. Once I get started again, there is no stopping this Mystic.

What do you do when others look to you for light? 

It can be difficult when others turn to you for a spiritual answer. They can be upset that things work out in a negative way. They can be combative and irritated with a positive answer. How do you try and lift them up, so that they do not hit rock bottom. Sometimes they are looking for a negative answer so that they can justify a negative reaction. When you are being supportive, they may be resistant at first, but you are only looking out for their best interest. 

Balance comes in many forms. I am going to relate the Two of Coins to death and life. Everyday someone dies. Everyday someone is born. The scales tip from one to the other. Since the coins are related to Earth, I can relate it to our body. The body is made up of many organisms and cells that are the manifestation of spirit. The vessel made of clay is just like the vessel made of flesh. 

Transformation is related to spirit. It is our goal that must be manifested in to our environment. 
How can we move forward? How much more of a cleaning do we need within our life? 

Sometimes the spirit must leave the vessel, in order to advance into the next level of existence. Sometimes death of one body must take place, in order for the spirit to return to Source. To return to the great Universe. 

I always look at Death as transformation. When someone asks me why does Death happen, I immediately turn in the character Wednesday from the Adams Family, and respond with "We were dying since the day we were born. It is part of the cycle and must take place in order for the lesson to be learned."
Sometimes they are receptive to the answer and other times they are not. 

I do not want to sympathize with them too much, because they will be hearing it a lot during the coming weeks. I do follow it up with another statement "Grief is part of life and we all must go through it. It is okay to cry, to feel pain, to be upset. The biggest lesson, you must learn, is to know when to move forward". 

The grieving part is just the process of transformation. Some may wish to hold onto it, but in their heart of hearts, they know that the spirit will move forward without the vessel. The spirit will nudge them in the right direction. If the vessel wishes not to move forward, then the spirit will kick them in the butt, and push them to Live. 

Grief is only a fraction of this lifetime. Seconds within our day. Let us remember that the person who has passed, has a spirit, that is moving toward the great river of love. Moving toward their own existence. We should do the same. Celebrate the life they lived, not the fact that they are not of this plane of existence. 

Today is a day of value, of worth. The scale must be tipped. Tipped towards the abundance of life. Of love. Good morning! It is time to check the fuck in to your life....and live!

The Nature of Today's Energy 5.24.13: Throat Chakra

Friday 5.24.13:

After attending a Tarot Meetup yesterday, I am filled with joy. We all talked about Tarot and the meaning of the cards. I rarely get to speak to other Tarot readers about, well, Tarot!

Anyways, I am on cloud nine right now, and I am remembering who I am. I miss that song. We use to sing it in church at VCSL. It always use to make me cry. To chant "I am remembering who I am". 

The preacher, Bonnie Rose, would add in different words during the pauses (i.g. love, truth, peace, joy). 

I miss Ventura. I miss my loved ones. 

The card of the day is the Throat Chakra. The hidden energy card is the Star. 

There are times in our life when we must speak about our dream. The dream to be free, to be happy, to simply exist. We have to communicate to Source, exactly what we want in life, and move forward with the expectation that it will take place. 

We have to remember our goal. To live. To be. 
We must let go of that which has no purpose in our life. Move forward with great intent. What do you want to do?

Today is about speaking up. Being heard. Advising those around you of what you desire. Of what you are worthy of. 
This is not the blame game day. You do not need to point out other people's faults. You only need to point out yours. You do not need to congratulate others first. You have to start with your self. Congratulate the spirit you have within. State to your inner self, that they you are loved. That you are beautiful. 

Speak with kind words. Let them fall on your soul with gentle ease. Get rid of the harsh remarks. 
Get rid of the negativity. 

I am not stating that this project is easy. For, I am guilty of speaking harsh things into existence, but I learned to recognize when I am doing this. 

The project for the day, or rather your homework, is to speak a kind word to your self first, then follow it up with a kind word to another person. Speak of Truth. Speak of love. Your goal will thank you in the long run. 

The dream that you wish to manifest into existence requires your joy and happiness. The positive thoughts and emotions propel it in the right direction. So, when negativity is spoken, the dream begins to lose momentum. It lingers in the Universe, like a lifeless comet. A rock drifting in zero gravity. Do you want it to be like the comet that burns bright across our sky? 
To move with great speed and motion. 

Your words of encouragement and peace will supply it with the needed energy to break through obstacles. The obstacle placed there by the influence of others. It is time to dismiss the fog that surrounds you. Time to manipulate the energy around you. Manipulate it for good. Change it to positive. Even if you were to change one thought in your day to a positive, the rest will surely follow.

The Nature of Today's Energy 5.15.13: Universal Law

Wednesday 5.15.13:

There are many Universal Laws or Truths. They surround our very existence. We live. We die. We create by thought first, then manifest with great force. The seasons change. The leaves fall. Like attracts Like. 

So many Universal Laws that we follow, without thought or understanding, and question why things take place within our environment. 

The card of the day is Justice = Balance. 
The hidden energy card is The Star

The Justice card, related to the physical world, can mean jail, legal matters, the court system, and the police. 
In the spiritual world, it takes on a different form and shape. It can be related to past lives, karma, energy returning, the golden rule, swift action, and spiritual fairness. 

Fair. To be fair. 
Are you fair to those around you?
Do you judge others with a balanced scale?

The scale must always be updated and fixed. You must test your scale for accuracy. One good thought must weigh the same as another. One bad thought must weigh the same as another. One act of kindness must measure out the same. I am not stating, that you must treat each person with the same act of kindness. Same amount of compassion. 
I am stating that your eyes can not be clouded by other people's opinions. Other people's beliefs. Other people's thoughts. 

There is only one of you. One unique spiritual being that thrives on compassionate love. That lives, to simply shine. What is your level of shine?
It could be simple. A smile. A laugh. The thought of love. The thought of food. The act of sex. The act of simply being. Simply waking up in the morning and expressing your self to the fullest. With no thought or regard to those around.
Singing in the rain. Singing in the shower. Singing in the car. Singing in your mind. 

Simple acts can out weigh the negative thoughts. They can tip the scale to create balance. To create harmony. We produce so much more light when we are in harmony. When we are in balance. 

We are never to far from our goal. It is within reach. It is within our existence. We simply have to realize it. We have to be in balance with the factors that rotate around our very being. We must be in agreement. 

Agreement with that which is being given. Agreement with our spirit. Agreement with who we are and what we stand for. 

What do you stand for?

A time of change is always at our door step. A time of change is always within our reach. Are you ready to take on the role? The role of Fairness. Of truth. Of Justice. 

It can be tricky at times to distinguish between fair and not fair. What should a very positive person do, if they are faced with a decision that is not within agreement with their spirit? 
Do they use their scale to measure their level of happiness? 

No one has control over your level of happiness. They may influence it but they never can control it. 

Are you unhappy? 
Then do something about it. Stop complaining and take a chance. See what happens. I take a chance every time I feel that I am not within agreement of my spirit. Believe me, I learned a long time ago, that when you do not listen to your inner voice, then creation of a path of negative destruction starts to take place. As much as I love destruction, I do not want to experience that level of negative destruction in my life again. Now, positive destruction is another story. I love it!

The energy of today will lead you to that balance. That small point of harmony, that will shift your level of thought and action. It will allow your body to catch up with your spirit. To start a cycle of light. A cycle of love.

The Nature of Today's Energy 5.6.13: The Warrior

Monday 5.6.13:

The card for today is the King of Wands. The Warrior. The hidden energy card is the Star. 

Sometimes our goals and dreams need to be achieved with a little strength. With a little bit of power. With a little bit of Force. 

The King of Wands, to me, can represent the Warrior energy in our life. A Cry of War must be made clear, when entering into the unknown, to make your positive presence known. 

A Light bringer can also be a warrior. No one said that we must sit there and take on other people's crap. We must stand up. Even if it is in a peaceful manner, we are a warrior at heart. 

Let it be known that this is a day of Force and Power. Understand that we are ready to go to battle for what we believe in. The real question is about whether or not the subject is worth fighting for. 

Sometimes you have to allow things to take place. Sometimes you have to let others create the rope that is needed to hang themselves with. You can see it taking place. You can even advise them of the subject but it is up to them to take the advice. 

A true warrior is ready for what ever comes their way. There may be a state of calmness on the outside, but a wonderful supply of energy is waiting on the inside. Waiting to be directed. Waiting to be used. 

The King of Wands will set the stage for the week. We will see this energy take hold and influence our life. We may be like the warrior and push forward with great intent, but we also have to think about what is worth fighting for. Sometimes even the act of letting the subject go and moving forward is a great and powerful blow to your opponent. 

Your opponent may not even see the powerful secret ten combo move that you have hidden in your bag of tricks. 

The warrior also understands that the real tactic to winning a  fight is allowing the opponent to think they are winning. Their guard will eventually be let down and they will think that they do  not have to try as hard, because they are winning. A true skilled warrior will never let his guard down. They do not know the meaning of winning or losing. They only know that this may be the last fight of their life and to give it 210% of their very existence. 

I use to go into the Arcades and play fighting games. I use to like to play against the computer, because it had only one intent; to win. It was not sneaky, the moves were basic and had a pattern to them. In the end if you returned to the same position with the same character, you could figure out how to beat them. 

Now when another person, who was better at the game, would join in, then things got complicated. They would use the same tactic of cat and mouse. Allowing me to think I was winning. In the end they would come out with this insane combo and I would be left with no quarters and defeated. Kinda like a pool shark. 

Now I know that the technique works. The big lesson I had to learn was to practice. Practice, practice, practice, until you know every move your character can perform. Sometimes we surprise our self. We move to a higher level and the trick becomes something more. It becomes part of our life. 

Who will you play cat and mouse with today? 

Are you going to let the rope be tied around their neck? 
Are you going to fight for something you really do not need to be fighting over? 

We all do this. We all take on the positive side of a warrior and also the shadow side of the warrior. 

The shadow side is not bad, but it can leave you burned at the edges. Warriors have this innate urge to rush into things head first, without thinking. The result can either be positive or negative. Even the most skilled warriors can fall prey to a trap. A trap set with pride. Be careful and understand that not every battle must be won, but planned. Plan your next move with grace and style. Plan your next combo with ease and effort. Know that the lesson is never over and you are constantly learning.
Learning how to simply exist within this reality. Learning how to shine.

The Nature of Today's Energy 4.23.13: Wisdom

Tuesday 4.23.13:

The energy of the day will contain the gift of Wisdom. This card sits in the position of Butterfly/Transformation. The hidden energy card is The Devil. 

Our Ego is never far behind. Even Mystics have to deal with the shadow part of their self. Can it be   difficult? Of course. 
The Ego can be our friend or our enemy. 

Our judgement can be clouded by our shadow part. We make decisions based off of fear, rather than clarity. 
But transformation must take place with the request of Death, in order to move into the next phase of our life. 

A great number of things can be obtained, when we surrender all the fear, worry, and doubt to Source.

Wisdom can smack you across the face at times, in order to help you understand, that everything has a reason. Everything has a purpose. 

We start to create Tunnel Vision and in turn Wisdom must smack us across the head to break our concentration. The trick is to see the big picture. To see what is happening behind the scenes. To see the stage that Hope has set before you. 

Transformation begins within our heart. Within our soul. We transform from one state of existence to the next. Is the transformation peaceful and smooth? Not always. Sometimes that transformation can seem like a pain in the ass. It can seem more like a punishment for that which we have done wrong in the past. 

Our Ego holds us down. It is kind of the like the bully who would hold you down and twist your arm until you said "uncle". 
When did it stop? For some the bullying has never stopped. They carry it with them into their adult life and take on defense mechanisms or behaviors to cope with people around them who can show a characteristic of that same bully. 
It stops when you decide to state "enough is enough". It stops when you decide to raise your hand and ask "why". It stops when  you decide to take your energy back. This is all on a spiritual level. I am not advising that you must stand up for your right in the physical world...or am I? This method of standing up to your Ego can be applied to situation of a real life bully. You are giving them the power to have control over you. Be not afraid of the outcome. We are physically and emotionally hurt every day. What is the worst that could happen? That you could die? 
Remember that Death can happen at any time. Death can happen right now and what would we say then? Nothing. 

Standing up to that which scares you on your spiritual journey is no different from standing up to that which is on your physical journey. I think the biggest gift you could give to yourself at this moment is the statement "I am". 
"I exist". Even after the verbal abuse and emotional trauma. I exist! I am still here! I am still standing. Even after the physical pain and damage. I am still breathing! I am still living!

Remember Source would not put you in a path of danger. If anything Source will take you off that path and put you on a new one. It may not look as safe as the other path, but we have to have Faith that it is.

The Nature of Today's Energy 11/23/11

  The Star.
I was looking at the past Lesson Cards. I wanted to see what the Spirit's were telling me. I noticed that the energy was going through a time of healing, then to a time of faith, moving past transformation from the unseen, to our present lesson: Hope. The Star is a wonderful card. It means being more than enough. So I state that to myself every so often. "I am more than enough for any person that is in my life. I am more than enough in this world. "
This statement allows me to move past my feelings of fear, loss, and regret. Really when any type of fear arises, it is because we are feeling "not validated".
Today is about having more energy than needed. We can shine in any situation and find truth. We are hope. We are Faith. People may look to us for answers today. People may ask us for help. What we must remember during our small tasks, is that we are doing it for the Divine.
