The Nature of Today's Energy 5/26/2014: Change in Direction

The spirits are telling me to write. So here I am looking at the blank page. They asked me to write back in March but after that one day I decided to stop. I think I needed a little bit more time of meditation and also review of my life. 
Where am I going?
What am I going to to do?
What do I write about?

I ask my spirit guide these questions all the time. The answer is always the same, "Write". 

In my opinion the spirit world can sometimes be very cryptic. It is kind of like the symbols that we see on the Freeway of our spiritual journey. The sign may simply have a turtle on it. What does it mean? Are the spirits advising me to slow down? Are the spirits telling me to hide?
Oh crap! Am I to seek out a turtle shell? You fly by the sign and wonder what will happen next. 
I wonder what will happen next?

I return to this blank screen and start to write my thoughts on the page. I have pulled some cards for the week, as usual, and there is information there. I find myself struggling with the signs that the cards hold. 

Let me start at the beginning. 

The cards speak of a change in direction. 
A change in plans. 
Today will bring a different off ramp. A different set of directions. 
In this day and age we have Google map on our phone or some sort of navigation application. It provides us with directions to our next destination. While you are moving forward it adjusts and recalculates the distance and duration of your travels. 
The cards are advising me that today will bring a recalculation of your spiritual travels. The directions are going to change. Source may lead you down a different avenue.
Do not worry. 
Do not be afraid. 

Sometimes we need a little bit of detour in our life. Sometimes we require a little bit of change. 
The message that the spirits are giving you today is to embrace that change. 
Embrace the detour. 
You never know what can take place. You may find that the detour will lead you to a place of prosperity. You have everything you need. It is contained within your very existence. It sits within your spirit. The sign will eventually make sense. It usually all comes together at the very end. 
Wait! 
It always comes together at the very end.

The Nature of Today's Energy 8.27.13: Have You Lost Your Faith?

Tuesday 8.27.13:

The card of the day is Triumph = The Chariot. The hidden energy card is the Hierophant. The card sits in the position of Gardening = manifesting, planting, and reaping. 

I recognized a lot of good within other people, yesterday. I could see the light and energy travelling around them. Bringing them such great joy and wonderment. 

It took me a while to recognize my good. It was hidden within their great enjoyment. 

Maybe my good is the recognition that there is joy, love, and happiness all over the world. Hidden within the small moments of accomplishment. 

Your good is also there. You simply have to recognize it. I can not stress the fact that it may not look like what you want but it will be just what is needed. 

Now you stand within the power of that greatness. It is time to step into your mode of transportation and move forward, even if it looks like you are going no where. 
Sometimes the greatest movement within a person's life is simply taken with a thought. One single positive thought. 

I am joy. I am perfect. I am love. 

You will start to create your good. You will start to create what is needed. Source will be allowed to bring that state of perfection into your life. 

You must be your self. You must let those around you get to know that perfect person within. I advised you that opportunity is there but sometimes it is hidden behind the curtain. 
The same goes with the good within your life. 

Sometimes it is hidden behind the curtain. It is taking form and shape. 
You must keep living your life with the intent that there is only good within your life. That every step you take is within alignment of your Divine Plan. 

It is time to be gentle with your beautiful self. It is time to be gentle with that perfect person within. Your spirit is advising you to keep moving. There is work to be done. It is time to harvest the fruit of your labor. 

Your hard work is about to pay off. 
Simple things in life can turn out to be the greatest and most powerful. They can change your state of existence....
They can change them for the better. 

Sometimes you have to return to the beginning. To tradition. Have you lost your Faith?
I found it. 
It was there the whole time. It was simply covered beneath all the worry, doubt, and fear.

The Nature of Today's Energy 8.18.13: Opportunity is Knocking at Your Door

Sunday 8.18.13:

The card of the day is Two of Wands. The hidden energy card is The Hierophant. The card sits in the position of Fire = transformation and purification. 

This entry is very late. I went to a friend's house for a small gathering. 

Opportunity can be small and change can be large. You can get lost within the swept up motion of change and opportunity. 

Opportunity can look like a mistake. It can look like the wrong season. The wrong place in time. The wrong package. 
Opportunity can be of shadow. It can muster up pain and heartache. 
You do not recognize the true identity of opportunity until the good has happened. 

I have to recognize my good and my opportunity. Change your thoughts and you will find a brand new day hidden in your pocket. 

As I sat with my friends, and talked about the past, I found myself smiling. 

Opportunity is always knocking at your door. The real question is "Are you home?"

Have you checked into your life?
Do you want to move forward?

When we realize that there is only good in our life, and count the many blessings we have now, then change will surely start to mirror that thought. 

You do not have to find the opportunity. Simply allow it to take effect. Know that you are worthy of joy, love, and peace.

The Nature of Today's Energy 8.9.13: Allow the Shedding of the Old Vessel to Take Place

Friday 8.9.13:

The card of the day is the Three of Wands. The hidden energy card is The Hierophant. The card sits in the position of Summer = Taking action, fruition, and intellect. 

There was a lot of opportunity within my environment today. It may not have come in the fashion of money. It may not have come within the fashion of major abundance. It did show itself within the details of my life. 

Opportunity can be slippery. It can be side swiping. It may lay beneath the cracks of the cement. It may sleep in the dark. Opportunity can be hidden behind the curtain. 

Following rules and regulations can be frustrating.
"If they only could see me in person and know that I am worth so much". 
This was my thought as I was taking a test. 

We have to jump through hoops every once in a while. We have to see what is on the other side of the ring of fire. The world can seem hazed. Flames and smoke can be scary. 
Do you think the Phoenix is afraid to transform?

I think that the Phoenix is tired of waiting around for the transformation to begin. The vessel is weak and the outcome is already known. I would be frustrated and think "Come on already! Change!"

I laugh as I write this because this Hermit can get very frustrated with the journey. I am only human. 
Even with all the packs of Tarot Cards, and Oracle decks, the answers all seem the same. Patience...

Why do we have to wait? 
I have gone over this before. 

Today is about recognizing the small detail of opportunity. Whether it is taking an Excel test to see how well you know it, or having just enough money to buy the ingredients in order to cook dinner for the night, remember that Source will provide. Everything happens for a reason, and that reason is always good. 

I may not have received that wonderful job just yet, but I keep reminding those around me, that it is surely my turn to receive great news. I think this puts me back in the mindset of "abundance of" rather than "lack of". 

We must always be prepared for the good in our life to be revealed, rather than wait for the next negative thing to happen. 
I wonder what life would be like if we were prepared for only good?
I think we would relish in the delight of great enjoyment. To know that Source is always providing. 

That wonderful job is there. Maybe it is hidden beneath the cement. Maybe it is being constructed behind the curtain. Maybe it is waiting for the cue from the orchestra to make its grand entrance. 
One thing is for sure. It is there. Your good is also present. You may not see it but you can feel it. When you become frustrated with what is being presented, then you should find the good within it, for you are surely on your Divine Path. Be like the Phoenix and understand that Transformation will take place. You simply have to allow the shedding of the old vessel to happen.

The Nature of Today's Energy 7.21.13: The Black Sheep

Sunday 7.21.13

The card of the day is the Hierophant. The hidden energy card is the Tower. The card sits in the position of Past Life =  gift and review. 

I was thinking of relationships today and how we are sometimes withdrawn from certain ones. How we separate out self from family and friends in order to find out who we are. 

As we get older, relationships become valuable, and we decide that it is time to connect. 

To connect to those who have grown. We have grown. 

Sometimes we need chaos and destruction to cause us to see the true value of love. The true value of a relationship. There are moments in our life that we must move past. 

The lessons we have learned are present. As we move from one destination to the next, we find that life does not stop, it keeps on moving. 

This entry is a little late. This entry may be a little short. 

I want to talk about the character of the black sheep. We may think that we are not welcome within the circle of sheep that are around us. That we are outspoken. That we are not the same. 
We are. 
We are all sheep. We are all human. 
Some may try to distance them self from the norm. Others will try to change appearance and shape to fit in. 

In the end there is only a change in thought. Do not struggle. Keep on moving. Keep on believing. You are unique. In the end you will find that it was all about perception. 

We must all value the relationships we have now. Value them for what they truly are. A reflection of you.

The Nature of Today's Energy 7.19.13: Every Relationship is a Connection to Source

Friday 7.19.13:

The card of the day is the Two of Cups. The hidden energy card is the Hierophant. The card sits in the position of Moonstone = mystery and intuition. 

I understand that when someone is looking for that certain wonderful. That awesome state of existence. Then we have to make a connection. Connection to those around us. A connection to Source. 

Sometimes we can not see the good that is taking place behind the curtain. 

The energy is always flowing. 

Connections are always made. 

I recognize the good within my life. I recognize that there is only light. 

A connection can be made with anyone. Even with your enemies. 

There are moments in our life that take us back to the beginning. To the start. Sometimes we miss a few steps and have to return to where it all started. 

My life started in Ventura. I have lived in other states but I always return to that which I know. 
I think I understand that relationships have to be built across other states. They keep us connected to Source. They keep us from drifting too far off into the next plane of existence. 

I know that relationships will be started today that will be of a spiritual nature. I must use my tools. My keys. I must open the door. I have to keep the energy flowing. If I was to stop all that is good. If I was to stop my intention of growth, then surely my life would cease to exist. 

We are born to connect to those around us. We are born to make friends. To find family and partners that keep us alive. The relationships that make us move and grow. 

Do not be afraid of loss. The relationship never really leaves our field of existence. It simply is dimmed. It can be rekindled. The spark can be created but this time you will be in control. Control of your own energy and power.

The Nature of Today's Energy 7.10.13: I Am Worthy

Wednesday 7.10.13:

The card of the day is the Tower. The hidden energy card is the Hierophant. The card sits in the position of Lady's Mantle = mother, healing, and alchemy. 

The Tower card brings about the destruction of things that are not needed in our life. The memory of the past needs to move forward. The lingering affair with a past lover will soon leave our field of existence. 

How the past can haunt us. 

The Tower and The Hierophant can leave me stumped at times. I must really meditate and pull from the energy that is around me. To really look at the two cards. Sometimes our life must be knocked out of sync. The Universe must push us back on track. This is the Tower card at it's best. We must pull our spirit back together. We must understand the reason why. 

Why am I making this trip back home?

Why am I taking this first step into the unknown?

Change our thought and change our future.  
Positive and negative thoughts cloud our minds everyday. We choose to project that thought into the future and with every tear drop, we find a new way of hope. 

What are you projecting into the future?

With every fall, there is a lesson. How spiritually strong are you?
When bad things happen, in your life, are you going to give up?
Will you let the outcome be created by default?

We allow things to take place because we do not know that we have power over the situation. We tend to think that there is nothing more that can be done. 
Did you know that you are creating the wall that sits in front of you?
It grows with every negative thought you put out into the Universe. 

Maybe it is time to change your way of thinking. 

It is only a bad experience because you are viewing it that way. It is only a negative reaction to the negative belief system that we have created. 

It is time to heal. It is time to love. It is time to move forward with great intent. 
I know that things will work out in my favor. Everything happens for a reason and that reason is always good. 

Think of the goal. Allow the Universe to bring wonderful and great people, places, and things, into your life. It will propel you down your course of action and take you to your new found destination. 

Think of it as a sail boat on the ocean. 
You look around and wonder when the wind will pick up, so you can move to the shore, for you are ready to touch ground. 
It is getting hot and muggy. 
It is time to return home. 
You have set your sail. 

Where is the wind? When will it blow in my direction that points home?
Oh no! If the wind does not pick up then I will surely die out here in the ocean. 

We begin to look around. Look at everything in our bag of tricks. Look at the life we are living. We begin to stress and worry. The trip may not take place. I may never return home again. Surely, I have to much in my boat to move forward. Maybe God is punishing me for going out to far on the ocean?

This is the thought of our Ego. The negative thought of "I am not worthy". 

I AM WORTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bam! 

The moment you are silent and think this wonderful thought. The acknowledgment that you are worthy of living. That you are worthy of love. That you are worthy of life. 
Source responds. 

The wind begins to pick up. 
You think it happened just in time. 
Did you know that it happened at the perfect time? 
The moment you allow your spirit to return to what is known (that you are love, that you are perfect, that you are worthy) then you allow the path of energy to flow. Flow in and out of your life. We are not disrupted. We are within the alignment of Source. 

When I first looked at the two cards, I instantly thought of "saying your mantra", and allowing love to guide us. 

Your mantra can be anything. If you do not have one, then I suggest that you use the statement above as your mantra.

The Nature of Today's Energy 6.29.13: Take Inventory of your Positive Thoughts

Saturday 6.29.13:

The card of the day is Death. The hidden energy card is the Hierophant. The card sits in the position of Waning Moon = Introspection and self-inventory. 

When I turn to my spirit guide for information, regarding the cards, she speaks about taking inventory of your positive thoughts. 

If you were to sit down and take inventory of what is positive, how long would the list be?

As humans, we are always taking inventory of that which is negative. It is the easiest to recognize. When something goes wrong, we naturally look at all the flaws within the experience, rather than look at the positive. Be cautious though. Some people will only look at the positive, when the real issue is staring them right in the face, and they choose not to see it. The chance to correct that flaw is present, and you have the ability to make a change, rather than allow it to demolish the manifestation of your greatness. 

Let us take inventory:

I am greatness
I am love
I am joy
I am peace
I am prosperity
I am abundance
I am perfection

That is the key statement....I am perfection. 

If you were to take inventory of all that is positive within your life, you will notice the perfection that sits within each and every moment. You will essentially knock your spirit back into place and within alignment of your Divine Plan. 

What is your Divine Plan? 
Simple. It is the knowledge and understanding that you were born to exist. You were born to be the best that you can be. That means checking into your life and living it to the fullest. It means you are constantly flowing, moving, and grooving to the heart beat of the Universe. To the music of life. 

What would your soundtrack be at this very moment?

I am going to invoke the spirit of Karen Carpenter, today, and state that you need to "Sing. Sing a song. Sing out loud. Sing out strong. Don't worry that its not good enough for anyone else to hear. Just sing. Sing a song."

Sing the song to the soundtrack of your life and you will see that things are not that bad. You will see the positive in your life and the inventory list, that you thought was small, is now gigantic. You will see items on the page, that you thought were lost, are now present. You thought that you had to write them off as a loss, but really they were hidden behind the abundance of negative thoughts. Negative thoughts that you were trying to sell off. A "negative thought store". 

You would be a millionaire! Negative thoughts are the new pink. 
Just kidding. 

If you opened up a positive thought store, then you will surely make millions as well, but your marketing strategy would have to be aggressive. An aggressive Mystic? I love it!

Be aggressive and sell your positive thoughts to those who require them. Here is a thought "for the price of one cup of coffee, you can feed a negative spirit, with a positive affirmation". Sell it to them in style. Razzle dazzle them! Throw glitter at them and tell them that the magic is working. The positive thought is manifesting. Did you see the fairy dust? Ya, that fairy had so much magic to give, she was farting out spiritual blessings. 

Sometimes you have to be creative and laugh at the moment. Know that there is only greatness on this path. Do not get frustrated with the process. Enjoy it. State to those around you "there will surely be good at the end of this journey".

The Nature of Today's Energy 6.20.13: Tools of Change

Wednesday 6.20.13:

The card of the day is the Magician. The hidden energy card is the Hierophant. The card sits in the position of Angels = Spirit and guidance.

I sure do need a little guidance right now.

This Mystic wants to go home. I always state this. I am tired. This Mystic needs a safe harbor. A place to rest. To be whole again.

That place is Ventura.

Have you ever been challenged by the darkest night? The deepest black hole?

Have you ever found yourself struggling with a decision that is to have this huge impact on your life? 

Have you ever noticed that it turns out to be part of the greater scheme of things? It was not the great obstacle to get over. It was simply part of the obstacle course. 

When people train to be survivalist within the great wide open, I am sure they are given some supplies to get started. What if you had nothing? 

What if you were stranded on an island with no supplies? No knife, no phone, no food, and certainly no pot to cook with? 

Sometimes I feel as I am on an island. Searching for the right tools to simply survive. 

What if no tools were needed? 
To set sail on a piece of plank. To just jump into the ocean and know that things will take place for the better. Kind of like the adventure I am having at this very moment. 

Should I jump into the ocean and see what takes place? Or should I stay on the island and wait?

What could I be waiting for? A sign? A glimmer of hope? 

Listening to your inner voice can be hard. It is scary. To have so much Faith in what is unknown. In what could take place? 

The funny thing about it, is that either way, you will not fail. 

Whether you stay and try to work it out or get up and leave with just a pack of Tarot Cards, you will not fail. 

No one can make or break you, except your own Ego. Nothing is set in stone. 

Sometimes people of this world worry about their jobs and security. Can I state something? 
That job that you are working at is not secure. It can let you go at any time. You can get up and leave at any time. You may have to put your letter of resignation in, due to the fact that you have to leave the state. The life you are living at this moment may change, you will have to stop working, and then what? 

Life still pushes forward. You still exist. You are still breathing.  The stage is set and the performance is still happening. So why worry? 

Take your first step. 

In my life, there has never been a person, that stated to me they knew exactly what they wanted to do at 22 and they are living the dream. That dream can be shattered. 

The Mystic understands that change is always happening and when you get set in your ways, then Source is there to break down the security of that wall. Today should have been the Tower card. Destruction of that which has held us to the ground. 

I may be tired. I may state that I am tired but one thing is for sure; This Mystic's lantern will keep on shinning. That fire will always burn. 

Maybe I just needed a small change of course and now it is time to head home. Return to that which I tried so hard to get away from. Now I know that Ventura was a great place. That the bored part was simply my inner spirit needing a little bit of change. To see how strong I am. To see just how great of a Tarot reader I am. Verification of that awesome spiritual side. The only difference between me and a person going to an ashram, is that I decided to meditate and be enlightened in Austin, within the grit and grime of life. The light within the dark. 

I know that this is to be positive but even the greatest Mystic gets the blues. This will pass. It must start with a step. A step into the unknown and the Faith that it will all work out for the better. That there is good.

The Nature of Today's Energy 6.12.13: Wisdom over Ego

Wednesday 6.12.13:

There are days when I just get so tired of it. Tired of all the small details that take all of my spiritual strength and make me want to blow up into astral dust!

This Mystic is depressed. This Mystic is tired of the juggling act. This Mystic keeps wondering why I am trying to hold onto things, when they are the very item that is keeping me from being happy. Have you ever noticed that when you are single, there is really no one else you have to worry about, but yourself. 

When  you enter into a relationship, you find that your Universe crashes into theirs. Things get jumbled. I find myself in turmoil because I am usually calling the shots. I say when it is time to go. I am in charge of my level of happiness. Well, I am not happy. 

I am having a hard time understanding why I am here. At this very point on my spiritual journey. Why this certain place? Why this certain building? Why this area? Why am I finding so many issues? Why am I having to be positive? 

Sometimes I want to complain. Sometimes I want to just drop the ball and say "Oh well". Everyone else around me seems to be doing it, but that's okay. I have to be compassionate. Well who is being compassionate towards me? 

I miss my support group. I am tired of spinning the wheels on my Bigwheel and finding that I am still at the start of the race. 

I decided to make a change. I decided to make a move. I had to have faith that everything would work out in my favor. So, here I am, shaking  my fist at Source and stating "What the heck are you trying to tell me?"

How can I turn it around?

There. That was my moment of complaining. Where I get to take the damn puzzle, mix it all up, and start all over again. That was my reset button. 

The card of the day is Wisdom or the Hierophant. The hidden energy card is the Devil. The card sits in the position of Kitchen = Creation. 

What wisdom am I trying to create in order to break through my Ego?

What wisdom do I already have that will propel me forward?

Sometimes you have to let go and trust that things will just work out. Not only will they work out but they will work out in your favor. 

When I was learning how to perform a cork screw with my hula hoop, I found that I was trying to grip the hoop as I brought it up above my head. That was a big no-no. You have to let the hoop turn and your hand is just the guide. The guide that lifts the hoop to its destination. If you grip it, then it will surely stop the momentum, and you find yourself getting smacked by the hoop. When will you learn?

I would get so frustrated and would really want to give up. To throw the damn hoop off a high building and watch it explode. 
I did not do that. I picked it back up and noticed when I was gripping. I noticed when I was not gripping. I felt my way into the move. I had to have a lot of confidence. I had to accept the fact that the hoop could hit me. That I will mess up the trick and get smacked. 

After a while I would state "So what!"
I had to keep on trying. Keep on turning. Keep on feeling. 

To feel. 

Sometimes, the Mystic, will place certain covers on the physical senses. Cover our nose, in order to enhance our hearing. Cover our eyes, in order to enhance our sense of smell. Tie our hands together, in order to enhance our sense of energy. Restrain our whole body, so that our spirit will learn to fly. 

Could this be a day of restraint? I think so. I think that our Ego wishes it could restrain every part of our body and make us think that we are not worthy of existing. We are not worthy of good. 

This is my lesson. To press the reset button. To return to that which I was before...of good. Of love. Worthy of greatness.

The Nature of Today's Energy 6.11.13: Speaking of Wisdom

Tuesday 6.11.13:

The Truth can hurt. Have you ever walked around and pointed out the obvious? 
I do it all the time. Some will look at me, as if I am crazy, and then state that my words did not need to be spoken. This can sometimes make a Mystic feel small. I know that I am only speaking of what is known. People do not like the Truth to be revealed. 

The card of the day is the Throat Chakra. The hidden energy card is the Hierophant. The card sits in the position of Stairs = Duration and timing. 

Let me get this statement out before I begin delving into this entry.

"When life gives you Crap, plant a garden."

So many times people speak of Bullshit. Just oozing out of their mouth and falling to the floor. Wonder what that would look like. Brown stains on their mouth from all the doodoo they are producing. Ewwwww!

Today is about speaking clearly. Speaking about positive things within your life. Planting a garden and using the fertilizer, produced by others, to help your garden grow. An abundance of fertilizer! 

Wisdom must be placed in every corner of your house. Foundation is worthless without wisdom and truth. Let us take this all from the perspective of a person who is trying to get rid of labels within their life. Notice how their intention is to eliminate. What if you are trying to eliminate something and focus only on that certain thought. No where, is that person, working on producing positive change. What do you think would be better? A person producing positive energy or producing negative energy, by focusing on that which needs to be eliminated?

Did you know that Source manifests what we think of. Source does not state, "Oh this person is trying to get rid of this thing in their life, so let me read between the lines and produce what is really needed, change for the better..."
Doubt that is what Source is doing. 
It is up to us to speak of what is desired. The outcome. What will happen when we eliminate that certain item. Well, you will be happy! Right?!
Then focus on the Happy part. Focus on that which you really want. The elimination of the negative will take place within the process. That is if you do not pay attention to it. 

I am not stating that you be ignorant and state, "Well if I do not look at it, but state that it is still there, and ignore it, but know that it is still there, then surely it will be taken away"

Nope!

You have to speak of that which is bountiful in your life right now. State that the answer is there, right in front of you. State that you are happy and joyful. That all things are wonderful and that you will move forward. 
Speak the words of wisdom. Follow that negative statement with a positive statement. Cancel it out! Fill it with so much love and release it into the Universe. 

The timing is all up to you. Change is happening all around us. The stairs we climb can be billions or it can be one. The choice is always yours.

The Nature of Today's Energy 1/24/12

  The Hierophant.
Sometimes when we return home, after a long journey, we seem to not fit in. Everything looks the same. Everything smells the same, but we feel different. We search for the reason of this feeling and come up empty. It is not until we look into the mirror and find out that we have changed. Everything else is the same and has not moved, but we have moved. The lesson of the Hierophant is about the tradition and ritual we partake in everyday of our lives. We move in circles around things and people that can not aid us on our journey. They only cause us to sit and stay in one spot. We move with the hope that something new will happen. That someone will eventually come into our life and put us on a different course of action. I can tell you that no one is capable of doing this. Only with the help of the Divine can you be put on a new path. It must start with you. You must choose to take the offer from the Divine and move out of your zone of comfort. Understand that returning home is a good thing. Returning to something familiar can give us the inspiration to pick up our hat and seek a new adventure. Home is always there in the end. Home never leaves. Actually home is anywhere you wish it to be.

  The Hierophant.
So many lessons this new year. We are heading into known territory. We have gone through this lesson before. We return to familiar places with new thoughts and information. We return wiser. But are we ready for this return? Can we handle what comes next? Return to tradition. Return to something familiar in order to comprehend that new you. Are there any changes that you like? Do you not like the new you? Do you wish to return to the old self and live in self pity? Do you want other people to treat you like dirt? You move forward with so much speed that your body needs time to catch up with your soul. I advise you to return to the familiar place and sit in your thoughts of change. The body will eventually catch up and you will feel complete again.

  This is a repeat card and the spirits must really want us to learn the lesson of Tradition.

     The Hierophant.

Tradition. We do it because it is a habit. We do it because it means safety. We do it because we have to.
Tradition is only a word. It creates a safe harbor for us within the chaos of our life. If we return to tradition than it will turn out okay. If we follow the ritual, then I will be safe. Tradition is just a motion, that if done in the right way, will produce a circumstance. The chaos is still there, but at that very moment you do not see it. At that very moment you forget about the chaos and focus on the beauty within it. You focus on the positive. Really take a look at your tradition, at your ritual, and see if it is based off of habit or based off of faith.

The Nature of Today's Energy 10/18/11

  The Hierophant.
This card speaks about tradition. Religion. Spiritual information. Blessings. How can I apply this to the energy of the day?
Well I would like to say that when I see this card it states to me that we will be returning to the past. We return home after a long journey. We return different. We return enlightened. We return home wiser than before. What we see here is that the past will come back into our present. It will contain a lesson that we did not learn. It will contain truth that we did not want to see. It will contain information that will lead us to our next destination. I can only relate this to love. We create and begin a relationship with someone who we find so wonderful and great. We look past their faults and find that the sun shines within their soul. We move forward within their existence. We live within them for a moment. Then for a reason that we do not comprehend, it ends. We move forward with intent to find love again. We look all around. We open up our heart and shine brighter than the sun. We come to love ourselves. We find out that everything we needed was there in front of us. We found the love within our soul and spirit. Now we return to the past by letting that new/old person back into our life. We dive into love again, but this time we are wiser. We learn to accept that love that is being given and in turn we understand that they can not take the love for ourselves away. Remember your personal power. Remember your energy.
